Returns Policy.
This Policy only applies to items bought over the phone / website or by email.
For regular oil paintings,mirrors, sculptures, If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us for a 'Return Authorization Number' and simply return the item (in its original packaging) within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the painting's full price.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment.
If we find that the item is not damage, then we will apply a fee for return delivery to you.
You still protected by Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Deliveries Policy.
All our deliveries are made by us if local, or by a Secure Courier Service like DHL, UPS, FedEx.
We usually only delivery any items to the registered address of the Credit or Debit Card, if you
paid in that way.
All deliveries have to be sign on arrival.
Usually all deliveries are despatch in 7 days, but please allow 14 days if you are outside England.
We also dispatch to Europe, USA, Australia. Please allow 21 days for delivery, because of Customs.
The price that we quoted you for delivery, doesn't include any Customs fees that you will be ask to pay if posted outside Europe.
Reserve Policy.
We will reserve an item for you if you ask us to reserve it, (Painting, Sculpture, Mirror) only with a deposit of 25% minimum of the value of the item/s.
The item will be Reserved for you for the period of normally 15 days only.
After the 15 days you will have to pay for the outstanding balance of the invoice.
If you need more time to pay the remaining balance, please contact us to get more time with our authorization.
If you decide to cancel or not pay the full balance when we request it to you, we will charge a 15% fee of the total value of the item/s reserved for administration purpose.
Gift Vouchers Terms.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed at our web site www.atouchofart.co.uk or Gallery and can be used as full or part payment for Oil Paintings, Mirrors, Sculptures, Picture Framing orders, except
Vouchers that are offer by us to charities events.
Vouchers that we offer to charities or organizations for support, only can be redeemed for goods
over £100. That will exclude some goods in the Gallery.
Each gift voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.
Any unused element cannot be balanced.
If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance can be paid by credit or debit card or cheque.
Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
Only one Gift Vouchers can exchange per item. If you have more than one Voucher, then you will need to buy more than one item.
Discounts (such as 10% affiliate discounts) cannot be applied to gift voucher purchases.
A Touch of Art Gallery. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
